Epidemic & Pandemic Alert and Response

The current World Health Organization phase of pandemic alert is at level 4.
Giggles refuses to close down the borders from which the epicenter of the infection. World wide screening at airports from Mexico and US are being conducted, none at any US entry points. The European Union have recommened no travel to the US and Mexico to protect their citizens, director of DHS has said its ok for US citizens to travel to Mexico.

Great! I have to fly overseas this week and now I will be trapped in a tin can at 32000 feet with germs from Mexico. Argh!
