Giggles chooses Judge Nominee for Supreme court to legislate from the bench

Here in this video clip, during his campaign at the Saddleback Fourm Giggles, claims he wants the Supreme Court Justice to interpret the law and keep checks and balances between the Branches of Government.
In this following clip, during a C-Span interview Friday May 22, this week, Giggles now changes his mind and wants the Supreme Court Nominee to be able to use empathy to legislate from the bench.
