Giggles Supreme Court Nominee decisions reversed by higher court 60% of time

Three of the five majority opinions written by Judge Sotomayor for the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals and reviewed by the Supreme Court were reversed. A major decision by the Nominee involves New Haven, CT Fire Officers and dismissal of their lawsuit without summary law to back it and now will be heard in the Supreme Court.
