Citi boosting salaries to offset lower bonuses

Giggles regime has clamped down on executive bonuses causing a lose of talent says the top brass. Many employees are leaving companies stifled by Giggles oppressive rules for companies free to give out bonuses. In response, Citigroup is increasing base salaries to many of its employees to as much as %50 more.
