Giggles fires the IG who was investigating his friend

from AP: Inspector General Gerald Walpin’s job was to review grants awarded by AmeriCorps and its parent agency, the Corporation for National and Community Service. He told The Associated Press he acted properly in investigating Sacramento mayor and former NBA star Kevin Johnson, a personal friend of Obama.

Maybe some reform is needed. The Inspector General should be elected and not appointed by the President. We need the Inspector General to be accountable to the public citizen and not to the President. Who is keeping an eye on the President and his posse (or are they Czars now)?
