Now folks, if we start going down the road of treating people caught in the battle field as mere criminals and hold trials in NYC, then its openning up a hold host of problems. For example, whose going to collect crime scene evidence, take statements of witnesses, explain circumstances that maybe classified, face his accuser. Then, if the person is found innocent, does he get released / unleashed on New York City residents?
