NYPD Det. found guilty of perjury due to MP3s

A Detective, 22 year veteran of the force, was found guilty by Bronx judge today for perjury. The perp had secretly recorded the detective asking him questions via a mp3 player/recorder. At the perp’s trail 2 years ago, the detective vigorously claimed he had not interviewed the perp before the aunt and mother arrived at the 44th precinct station house, perp’s lawyer then stunned everyone with a mp3 recording as evidence.
