Is that always the case? The Rich cannot make it by scamming the average Joe anymore because they have no money, so they now use Puppet Obama and his cronies and milk it out of the taxpayers money that the government collects.
How else can these guys buy a $20 MILLION dollar luxury boat one year and replace it with a $30 MILLION dollar one a few years later? Not to mention the crew of people that runs and maintains the boat.
