Supreme Court nominee Latina Sonia Sotomayor’s decision overturned

The case in the New Haven Ct, firefighters, the Supreme Court has overturned the wise Latina Sonia Sotomayor’s court decision regarding the firefighters promotion suit. Justice Anthony Kennedy ruled, “The city’s action in discarding the tests violated (federal law),” the Supreme Court majority wrote Monday, adding that the city’s “race-based rejection of the test results” could not be justified.
