What “Death Panels”?

Here in this article, everyone on the left has sworn up and down there is no ‘death panel’ yet Sarah Palin in facebook has challenged otherwise.

Yet, on Thurs, Senator Chuck Grassley of Iowa, makes a statement that the provisions in the House Bill will be removed.

yeah, maybe no “death panel” per sae (in literal terms)
however, if a senior citizen is denied coverage (as it is happening today) or a very delayed decision on coverage for a medical procedure, how is that not a “death panel”?
if a doctor is not given approval to perform a procedure, he/she would not get paid. would you perform the work if you were not sure you’re going to get paid?
insurance companies delay decisions on procedures for the sole purpose of gambling that the patient would die before they have to pay for that procedure.
