Schumer refuses to shut off phone on plane and Gillibrand lies about it

Schumer refuses when told to shut off his cell phone while on the plane by the flight attendant while arguing with her and then calls her a bitch to fellow Senator. Gillibrand lies about it when later asked about the incident.

That damn rule about use of cell phones is total bull shit! The damn pilots use the phone while they are in the cockpit and nobody sees it. If the pilot or co-pilot was on a call during take-off or landing, nobody (at least not anyone that would saying anything about it) would know.
I’ve read that it has been proven that cell phones do not affect aviation electronics. Period. The rule is just a dumb power trip of the FAA.
