Biden takes credit for Iraq success for Giggles

In this video, Larry King talks to Biden about Iraq, on 6.57 minute mark he says it will be the “greatest achievement of this administration”. I remember alot of political people in government saying the surge is a bad idea, ridiculing Bush for his failure in Iraq and that it was his war so it looks like history is being re-written.
