This trade agreement treaty (ACTA) with its participating countries are conducted behind closed doors by a select group of over 30 countries giving broad powers to search out and destroy piracy. One example leaked in 2008, includes a provision to force Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to provide information about suspected copyright infringers without a warrant a direct violation of Human Rights.
